There may be a whole lot of other symptoms of stress as well. The amount of stress you feel under is proportional to the seriousness of your symptoms naturally.
If you ask people what is causing them stress 80 percent will tell you money while the rest will say high pressure careers, family problems, worry. Others may say they feel rushed and do not have enough time to complete everything to want to. The minority will feel stressed by the loss of a loved one and the coping with life afterwards. Tell them the reason you are stressed and ask advice how the problems causing it in the workplace can be handled.

You need get away for regular vacations, spend time in the park with your pet, drink less caffeine, go away for weekends, spend time having fun with your children or the neighbors if you have not got any. Listen to your favorite music and eat well. Spoil yourself without a guilt trip every time you do so.
Life is short and that means packing it full with things that do not stress you so get rid of the stress baggage and you will start feeling a whole lot better.
