How to stop being angry.

Do you easily get angry and frustrated? Is it sometimes hard to control? Do you regret getting so angry afterwards??

Many people feel that anger is in their way, it easily leads to fights which nobody enjoys. It affects the people around you, you family and friends and even you. Anger problems could lead to, having problems sleeping, friends and family avoiding you because they don't want to make you angry and problems enjoying your self etc.

There are several ways to stop getting angry and letting it out on people who you love. These anger and rage problems can be cured by many simple steps and actions that together will bring you peace.

The first thing, which is very important, is to realize that anger isn't good and to want to do something against it. Then you have to tell your closest friends and family about it so that they can help you get through this (It is not very easy sometimes).

When you get angry you should think about, why you are angry, is it about something terrible like somebody killed you brother or is it something that doesn't really matter? If it is something that doesn't really matter and won't change your life then just don't say anything or ask «can we talk about this» or «That wasn't nice» or anything really just not yelling and screaming at everyone.

Another thing you could do is to try to talk about how you feel with somebody you trust, like a best friend or your brother or sister. Talking with others, many people find relaxing and makes them let go of things that bother them.

Remember when ever you get angry think about why and how you can do something that will calm you down. Doing this every time you get angry will help you getting angry easily.
